Intimations of Pen and Ink

The thirty-third pen and ink drawing: a view on Underhill Avenue from the corner of St. Johns Place looking towards Sterling Place.  Ever since I can remember sidewalk shadows have always seemed to be supernatural, to intimate something beyond that I can't quite place, especially early in the day.

Bob, I'm loving how these ink drawings hold the colors in abstract balance on a separate plane. Really fun to look at!

Sam, Thank you so much for appreciating what I am trying to do. I've been fairly consistent in this series, and it may continue for a while.
